RUBICONE IGP

RUBICONE IGP The IGP RUBICONE was established in 1995 and is reserved for wines made from grapes from vineyards suitable for cultivation, the provinces of Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna, Rimini and Bologna.
There are the following types: for red wines in the types lively, sparkling and new; for whites, even in the type lively, sparkling wine; for rosé, also in the type lively and sparkling.
The grapes must be at least 85% from the corresponding vine; the remaining 15% can be composed of other varieties of grapes of the same color, non-aromatic, suitable for cultivation in the Emilia Romagna Region of the following grapes: Bombino bianco, Chardonnay,
Famoso, Garganega, Malbo gentile, Malvasia bianca di Candia, Malvasia di Candia aromatica, Istrian Malvasia, Manzoni bianco, Moscato bianco, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Riesling Italico, Sauvignon, Trebbiano of Romagna and Tuscany,Verdicchio White; Alicante, Ancellotta, Barbera, Cabernet sauvignon and franc, Canina nera, Centesimino, Ciliegiolo, Fortana, Marzemino, Merlot,
Montù, Negretto, Pinot noir, Raboso veronese, Refosco dal peduncolo rosso, Sangiovese, Syrah, Terrano and Longanesi grapes.
