WINE AND DINE ROUTE TROUGHT THE HILLS OF FORLI' AND CESENA

The Association "Wine and Dine Route throught the Hills of Forlì and Cesena," is composed of nearly one hundred private companies, associations and public entities (23 municipalities of the province FC), its purpose is to create a system between the wine and agri-food industry, gastronomy and sustainable tourism in general.
This is demonstrated by the many awards received: in December 2002 the newly founded Route FC received by the Region of Emilia Romagna the prize 'ADRIATIC COAST SPECIAL AWARD 2002” as 3rd best regional tourist destination; in May 2008, the report about Wine Tourism processed by CENSIS Servizi, placed the Route of Forlì-Cesena between the 10 Routes "Top Ten" of Italy and most recently, in May 2009, is awarded in Siena as 6° Route of Italy, in good company with the historical and the most famous Routes of Tuscany and Piedmont and the emerging Franciacorta, Sudtirolenweinstrasse, Soave, etc..
The Route FC, thanks to the commitment of the municipalities and Province, is actively contributing to a new image of our hill for the revival of rural hamlets, small villages and for the exploitation of the great artistic centers, the preservation of the hilly landscape, the growth of facilities and services that help enterprises to provide hospitality and quality products.
