Pruning System: Guyot-spurred Cordon
Vineyard Age: from 7 to 25 years
Harvest: hand harvesting of selected grapes placed in small boxes. Grapes are picked between the second decade of September and the first decade of October, according to the varieties.
Vinification: separate fermentation of grapes under controlled temperatures with-grape skin maceration for 10-20 days.
Wood aging:  Malolactic fermentation and aging in 225-litre barriques and 300-litre tonneaux for 8 months
Bottle aging: from 6 to 8 months
Organoleptic characteristics: exhibits a beautiful deep colour with shades of violet. A nice nose of wild fruits and a great palate with excellent structure.
Alcohol degree: 13.5% vol.
