Product description:
The color is ruby ??red with garnet, clear with great structure, the nose is concentrated in the hints of fruit jam, sweet spices and dried flowers, intense closes with notes of leather.
The taste is rich in extract, soft with a good perception of tannins perfectly blended into balance with the alcohol content. Fruity and persistent finish in the mouth where you can find pleasant toasty.
 
Winemaking:
The harvest takes place in the second week of October, followed by a maceration of pomace of about 20 days. At the end of alcoholic fermentation removes the skins and expects the exhaustion of malolactic fermentation before proceeding with the decanting of clarification. The aging in French oak barrels begins in the spring after the harvest and lasts at least 12 months.
Follows a further stop in steel and in bottle for another 12 months before release that begins after about four years of harvest.
 
Paring:
Goes well with the most delicious dishes such as game, cuts of red meat grilled or stewed and seasoned cheeses.
We suggest to open at least one 'hour before serving. Serve at 18 ° C.
