Vineyard Age: from 10 to 20 years
Harvest: hand harvesting of selected grapes placed in small boxes. Grapes are picked between the second decade of September and the first decade of October
Vinification: Fermentation of grapes under controlled temperatures between 26 and 28°C with-grape skin maceration for 15-25 days.
Wood aging:  Malolactic fermentation and aging in 225-litre French oak barriques and 300-litre tonneaux for 12 and 16 months.
Bottle aging: from 8 to 12 months
Organoleptic characteristics: intense red wine that exhibits a beautiful deep colour. The nose reveals hints of expressive mature red fruits along with flavours of dried fruits and spice enlivened with rich tannins
Alcohol degree: from 14 to 15% vol.
